mountainous regions makes us forget the need
for solidarity with populations living in these areas. That’s why this project has a double goal of
raising public awareness on the themes
of the project and acting to improve the
living conditions of the inhabitants.

The project’s main objective is to consolidate (capitalization) and share knowledge & know-how developed by studies and experiences carried out by stakeholders in charge of renewable energy and bioclimatic architecture programs in Cold Asian Regions. By the analysis of 6 relevant programs, this project aim to develop a set of good practices recommendations and guidelines for future similar projects. A special attention will be paid to programs were scaling up practices were lead successfully in order to obtain large scale and sustainable impacts in climate change mitigation, poverty alleviation and economic activities generation.
